Mega Boutique Hotel Kuta , Kuta (Bali)

Upon check-in, I was met with unpreparedness, but eventually got settled in a room with a peculiar glass wall design. Unfortunately, my room faced a noisy road making it a bit challenging to relax. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, despite some engaging in personal conversations during breakfast. The location was convenient, right across from the Galleria shopping mall, although crossing the busy street was a bit of a hassle. The dining experience had its ups and downs, offering a variety of dishes but with some not meeting expectations. The facilities were adequate, rating this stay a good value for money overall.
